New technology of the makey makey kit.

Thursday the 30 of April at the start of term 2 there was a  room six class In Auckland that did new technology with Mr Goodwin. The technology  they did was the makey makey kit they used it for a controller to control Tetris. The reason why they did it  was for their term topic tinkering ,tools and toys.

i have learnt how to write a lead paragraph from the news report and how to make it more interesting.

I haved learned how to identify the main points in the text.Our task was to find three games and make it in to a poster I have learned cool stuff in that poster.

what happened in world war one? Well I am learning about world war in New Zealand. In world war one William Arthur was the first  to die. About 300 New Zealand tunnellers were helped at various times by British and Canadian tunnelling companies and other British and New Zealand soldiers to complete the clandestine system.
I have learn more about Anzac and that William Arthur and that New Zealand  trained in Egypt.

Have you people been to camp at school before? The year five and six has had camp at school it was on wednesday the eleventh of march. Come on and lets talk about camp.

At first all the groups had to go to their camp leader our one was Mr Backsondine we had to go to the hall and listen to Mr Burt’s story.There was six groups including us and they were Real dealz, , Matapono e, the commitments, Honest squad and lucky last All stars they were listening too. Our team was called true crew.

The first thing we had to start on was top town but it is not really called  top town it is called killer zone.We had to verse real dealz there was heaps of activities but once we finished our activities we go to this flag and sing our chant. Can you guys guess who won true crew won (us).

The next thing we did was cooking the boys and to go with whaia saf and eat at Omaru creek. The girls were lucky because we cooked cookies with miss garden. Once we finished we had lunch and we ate cookies with milk it was really nice.

I was so excited when we started camp and I will always like the part when we will go and do jump jam. It was much cooler when we did the skates.

I have learned how to organise my ideas and put them in paragraphs and link them together and i even know how to do three body paragraphs.
